By accessing or using our galleries, you agree to the following terms:

1. Image Ownership

All photos displayed in our galleries are the exclusive property of Glenn Harmon Photography unless otherwise noted. Images may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

2. Download Rights

• Downloads are for personal use only (e.g., social sharing, personal printing)

• Clients may not alter or edit images beyond basic cropping unless previously agreed

• For musicians/press: downloaded images may be used in press or promotional material with credit (e.g., “Photo by Glenn Harmon Photography”) unless stated otherwise in writing

3. Model Releases & Client Consent

• Clients grant Glenn Harmon Photography the right to display and share selected images for promotional use (website, social media, portfolio), unless a written request for non-disclosure is made

• For minors, client represents that they are a parent or legal guardian with authority to grant such permissions

4. Disclaimer & Liability

We take every reasonable effort to maintain the availability and integrity of your gallery. However, we are not liable for lost or corrupted files, service outages, or issues beyond our control.
